This ballerina mural celebrates Bryella’s favourite thing to do…dance! Her mom had me paint this mural in their new Hamilton, Ontario home to help make her daughter feel comfortable in her new room.

Painted Ballerina Mural personalized for Bryella
The best part of having a hand-painted mural is that it can be totally personalized with your kids’ names, favourite quotes or characters. For this ballerina mural, I painted Bryella’s name above a ballet dancer.
Inspiration from the Consultation
The inspiration for Bryella’s ballerina mural comes from her bedding, which I came across during a consultation with her mama.
Bryella wears her super-long hair in 2 buns (a la Princess Leia) a lot, so I picked out two ballerinas that have their hair styled that way. BUT instead of painting it blonde and black, I painted both the ballerinas with brown hair, just like her. It’s just another way to personalize the mural.
Customize It!
On top of having your hand-painted mural personalized, you can customize it! Choose any font you like for your kids’ name, change the colour of the characters – the sky’s the limit!
I Only Use Non-Toxic Paint
When I paint my murals, I only use non-toxic acrylic paint and no VOC latex paint so it’s safe for your kids to sleep in their room, even on the night I finish painting. For this ballerina mural, I used water based acrylic paint.
