Eligibility
No purchase necessary. This contest is open to residents of Canada, except the province of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry and who are currently:
- Employees, volunteers, contractors, consultants, administrators, managers, directors, recreation staff, family council members, board members, or other representatives of a long-term care home, retirement residence, assisted living residence, hospital, rehabilitation facility, healthcare organization, or related care provider located in Canada.
Employees of About Murals and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
About Murals reserves the right to request reasonable proof of eligibility before awarding the prize.
Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this contest will be used solely for the administration of the contest and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Contest entrants may optionally choose to subscribe to the About Murals email newsletter. Subscription to the newsletter is not required to enter or win the contest. Contestants who subscribe may unsubscribe at any time.
To Enter
To enter the contest, each contestant must enter their name and a valid email address. The contest starts at 12:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 and ends on Friday, June 12, 2026 at 11:59 pm EST. Each contestant may enter the contest only once (1) during the entire contest period.
Prize
The winner may choose either:
(a) one in-stock wallpaper mural up to 12’W × 8’H (retail value $580 CAD), or
(b) one dementia door wallpaper (retail value $215 CAD).
Shipping is free within Canada. If contestant would like a larger sized in-stock mural, they can pay the difference calculated based on regular prices. The prize is not valid on custom wallpaper or faux house wallpaper and does not include installation services. No cash value.
The Winner
The winner will be randomly selected amongst all contestants on Saturday, June 13, 2026. Following the draw, the winner will be informed by email. The winner will only be contacted from email address: adrienne@aboutmurals.ca. Please be aware of scams. To win, the selected contestant must answer a skill-testing question and will be asked to acknowledge receipt of the prize and releasing About Murals from any and all liability arising from participation in this contest or from the acceptance of any prize. The prize will be awarded to the winner once this person has been contacted. If the selected contestant cannot be reached within 14 days of being chosen as the winner, the prize will be awarded to the second-place entry, and so on, until the prize has been awarded. The odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
