Quick written instructions:

  1. Remove artwork, sign holders and any other non-permanent obstacles on the wall.
  2. Clean your wall to remove any food, debris, old tape or dirt.
  3. Walls must be smooth and dry.  If painting, fresh paint must be dry for at least 21 days, or we recommend Roman 999 Wallcovering Primer which only has to dry for 1 day.
  4. Draw a vertical level line with pencil where you want your mural to start.
  5. Wet the back of your prepasted wallpaper with water by either dunking the panel in a bin of water or spraying the back of the wallpaper with water.
  6. Hang wallpaper panel 1 on the wall by aligning it to your level line.  Allow 1-2″ excess at the ceiling and baseboard, to trim away later.  This allows for unlevel walls.
  7. Gently smooth out any air bubbles with a sponge smoother.
  8. Trim excess wallpaper at the top and bottom using an exacto knife and straight edge.
  9. Wipe away any paste with a damp rag.
  10. Continue with the same process, hanging subsequent panels on the wall around obstacles, until done.
