This wood look wallpaper is something you can cozy up under!  Celebrity designers, Colin and Justin, use this grey wood wallpaper as the backdrop to their “Rustic Vibe” Cityline TV segment.

Watch them talk about how easy it is to remove and its realistic texture, and then keep scrolling to see this mural in other rooms, colours and designs.

Watch it on Cityline

“This is by About Murals and we love this company, because they create these beautiful murals that are just photogenic quality.  That looks like the real thing…it just makes it feel so realistic.  So imagine this on one wall or on every single wall – it’s going to give you the rustic vibe for sure,” says celebrity designer, Colin McAllister.  “And they’re transportable, so should you decide you want to move, you can carefully peel it down,” adds Justin Ryan. Watch the entire episode to see how this duo style the wood look wallpaper with other rustic home decor.

Wood Wallpaper That’s Removable: No Damage to your Walls

One reason the experts at Cityline like to work with my faux wood wallpaper is that it’s removable.  They need to quickly create beautiful sets that get taken apart the next day.

This is important in your home, too!  Just pull each wallpaper panel up from the bottom and within minutes, you’ll have a fresh wall to decorate when a new trend hits – with no damage to your walls.

Wood Look Wallpaper that’s Easy to Hang

Easy Wallpaper as seen on Cityline from AboutMurals.ca

If you like to roll up your sleeves and decorate yourself, you’ll love my DIY wood wallpaper:

  • It’s prepasted, so you don’t have to buy extra glue and stress about adding it to the back of the wallpaper (or the mess it makes).
  • The seams simply overlap, so you never have to worry about the scary process called Double Cutting.
  • Each wallpaper panel is only 18″ wide, so it’s easy for one person to hang alone (I totally just saved your marriage – you’re welcome!).

And, of course, don’t worry about saws or nail guns like with real wood panels.

I made you a How-To Hang video, walking you through the process step-by-step.  It’s so easy to hang, you’ll be done in an afternoon!

Or Hire a Wallpaper Installer

Colin and Justin always have me hang my wallpaper murals when we work together at Cityline.  They know I’ll spend the extra time needed to make their walls look perfect and it leaves them time to focus on the rest of their set.

I offer installation services to all my clients in the greater Hamilton / Toronto areas of Ontario (Canada).  If you’re not in Ontario, you can find a professional wallpaper hanger at the Wallcovering Installers Association.

Customize this Faux Wood Wallpaper

Although the boys use the in-stock gray wood wallpaper for their set, it is also customizable to fit your vision perfectly.  Add your business logo over top or customize the size to fit your walls perfectly.

Realistic Wood Wallpaper

This is an actual close-up photo of the wallpaper mural from the Cityline set.  It looks so real you’ll have to touch it to believe it!

Why?

A photographer takes 74 small, segmented photos of a real barn wood wall and stitches them together in Photoshop.  This creates an exceedingly high resolution image of 450 MegaPixels that’s printed onto removable wallpaper.  Most of the competition only works with photographs of 25-35 MegaPixels, so you can understand the comparison.

Room Ideas with this Wood Look Wallpaper

Idea #2: Mixing Timber against Living Room Wood Walls

Mixing and matching different woods is all the rage right now.  You can pair my wood look wallpaper with warm, rustic wooden furniture and black wrought iron accessories like the boys did to recreate this look.

Idea #3: Grey Wood Wallpaper that’s Non-Toxic

All of my wallpaper murals are eco-friendly and non-toxic and won’t affect the air quality in your home.  Your kids and pets can breathe easy!

Idea #4: Rustic Wood Wallpaper that’s Washable

Unlike a real wood wall that is textured and easily collects dust, you can wipe my wood effect wallpaper down with a damp cloth and still have the cozy feel you want.
